Quick updates.

I upgraded the forums to the latest version to keep up with the Wordpress version and the new forum capabilities. One of the main features of this version is spam control which I'm hoping would allow me to open the forums to guest visitors as well. I'll run this open forum option for a trial period to see how it goes. 

Added a classifieds section. This is to address the various emails and forum posts by occasional visitors and members who seemed to be looking for a relationship.
