This came in through mail :

i met this chinese girl @ my university. im an indian guy, fair but skin tone is lil brown (hope im not being a racist), good accent, funny, playfull but serious where it counts.. anyway, i met this girl at a pub, n she was fairly drunk .. tuk her on a spin on the dance floor though she said she dono how to dance ..went well n good
got her number n tuk her on a date , coffee actually, 3 days latr ..
now this is where i start getting lost
pickd her up from her place, off to coffee place n had chat fr 2hrs
this is wat i noted
she is very lazy.. ;-) bt im nt really that bothered abt it
doesnt talk much, likes to b a listener
there was no ackward silence r anythng as such, and she was laughin on every joke i crackd
din quite liked the sun and din agree to any o my plans , like ha in a seat in the park besides the pond enjoying the weather.. so had to head home
walkd her home, said she had a good time

i askd her if she wish to spend some time next week r so
she said “well see”
and wen separating .. i dono if she wished to hug r kiss, i jss din get it
i felt like she was gona go lean forward, bt like they say “i din try to risk it fr a biscuit”

what happened from now onwards is like coldplay song “thngs i don understand”

i txtd her at night that i had a grt time n blah blah blah .. and that i wud like her to be more open with me , we can sort thngs out, il try n give the best o wat i can etc etc
i thnk i oversold it

i txt her everyday evening, sometimes txt get a bit long 2×160 word long text
as u can see even on a mobile i keep typin like 8 legged spider using a keyboard

first 2 days i sent like 3, 4 txt n she might respond with one txt msg
i shudve backd up a bit, bt too late fr dat now
last two days i sent her txt askin how did her day go,r if she had dinner
no replies

yesterday i askd her to attend an internTionAl students meet – jazz music, gifts n food
she said she will nt come n shes at her friends place watchin movie
btw she was late fr the date that day by 45mins cos she said she got drunk from her friends place that day.. wow, good thng to say on ur first date

same ol same ol reply.. friends place, watchin movie
askd her movie name, no reply

when she doesnt reply i leave it thers fr the day ..

i do understand that there r cultural differences but if some1 cud give me an idea on wats goin on n how i shud look into it…
im also planning to ask fr a cup of coffee, no more than 20mins next week .. shud i b doin that ?
im getting concerned if shes interested in me r not
i jss went fr 1 date, though how do i know wat ive been tryin is wrkin r nt
